• The high-speed granulator mixer has a horizontal cylindrical structure, which ensures continuous and fast rotation of the material during the mixing process, thus achieving a perfect mixing effect;
• The drive is equipped with a sealed shaft filled with air, which can be changed to water when cleaned;
• The use of fluidised granulation allows the raw material to be converted into a material with good flowability, which is suitable for tablet moulding or granulation;
• Compared to the traditional granulation process, adhesive consumption is reduced by 25%, while drying time is significantly reduced;
• Dry mixing is carried out within two minutes, followed by granulation within one to four minutes. The speed of operations is up to five times faster than the traditional process;
• Dry mixing, wet mixing, and granulation are performed in the same sealed chamber, which reduces the number of processing steps and meets GMP requirements;
• All working operations are safe.
