GLF series is an automatic line for filling antibiotic powders into screw type vials.
This line is designed for washing, drying sterilisation and packing of powders and consists of CLQ-C ultrasonic chain washer, KSM high-temperature sterilisation tunnel and FJZ-400 high-speed screw-type vial filling machine.

• Online modes such as washing, dosing, weighing;
• Fully sterile docking, test port for dust particles, automatic counting and other functions;
• Temperature and time overrun monitoring, no vials;

USES

• Washing with ultrasonic waves, special advanced vial funnel, modular cleaning, alternate washing with eleven water gases, mechanical vial conveying;
• Sterilisation: dry sterilisation, dry change, unique thermal expansion compound, water cooling cycle, CIP;
• Filling: stainless steel feeding belt, servo motor, controls four screws responsible for filling.
