The automated modular process line includes automatic preparation, pre-mixing, basic mixing, emulsification, filling, etc.
The process line is equipped with a centralised automatic control system, an integrated automatic CIP (Cleaning in Place) system, a device for memory storage of the manufacturing formulation, an automatic preparation system, a failure alarm, a remote monitoring system and other auxiliary systems.

• Raw materials can be directly suctioned into the chute;
