FEATURES.

• The body of this machine is made of welded channel steel, and the open part is covered with 304 grade stainless steel, and 316L stainless steel is used in the part in contact with the washing agent;
• In this machine, the transmission area is separated from the washing area. A person can perform repair, maintenance and parts replacement work standing up, which makes labour easier, saves time and strength;
• The combination of lined containers with two stainless steel chains is intermittently moving and transporting, which gradually transports the vials into the lined containers and introduces them to the washing areas separately;
• The vials in the containers are upside down and can move freely without obstructing the water flow, so there is no dead corner;
• The mechanism in the washing area is easy to operate;
• The water and air pipes are separated from each other and there is no cross contamination;
• All valves in contact with water and air are sanitary grade diaphragm valves.
