The KFG type automatic machine for filling and capping of antibiotic vials is the basic equipment for the production of antibiotics in vials. The basic principle of operation is the use of a stepper motor designed to control the supply of a certain amount of powder by a screw conveyor.
The automatic machine uses double conveyor, double screw filler, double lane automatic stopper feeder and corking machine. All this provides the assurance that the pure mass of powder placed in the vials is carefully controlled according to the requirements.

• The stepper motor is controlled by microprocessor, so the filling accuracy is very high;
• The screw filling funnel is controlled by a stepless adapted motor, which guarantees a relatively constant powder level;
• The dispenser will automatically stop and report an error if a metal particle is detected;
