Automatic filling line for antibiotic powders into GQF series high-speed airflow vials
GQF series is an automatic antibiotic powder vial filling line by high-speed airflow. The line is designed for washing, sterilising, filling and capping of vials. It consists of a LXP chain multi-position washer, a KSM high-temperature sterilisation tunnel and a QFZ machine for filling antibiotic powders into air vials.

• Filling: stainless steel transport conveyor, pump piston intake and filling, air micro hole filter, online counting adjustment, online weighing, mechanical capping, sterile powder filling and capping, other advanced operations.
