YG-RB series filling machine

• Uses the combination of advanced PLC control system and high-precision peristaltic pump, which ensures the volume filling accuracy;
• After the dispensing operation, the vials are automatically sealed with rubber stoppers;
• Peristaltic pump, transport sprocket;
• Dual feed, cycle filling;
• PLC control, stepper motor, automatic counter;

YG-V series filling machine

• Continuous (or cycle) filling machine;
• Equipped with servo-driven units, it is used to handle sterile products in a classified environment;
• Continuous or cycle operation, use of servo drives, fully PLC controlled, applicable vial sizes are 2-100ml;
• Rejection of fallen vials, ‘no vial – no filling’, ‘no vial – no capping’ functions;
• Gas purging, semi-automatic sampling in combination with safety functions and error signalling;
• Simple design, polished finish with long service life;
• Very high filling accuracy (+- 0.5%);
• Filling tracking system that eliminates foaming, especially critical for lyophilic products (optional);
• Controlled and accurate capping ensures reliable results (99.8% efficiency);
