This line complies with cGMP requirements and is designed for washing, dry sterilisation, filling and corking of vials. The line consists of a chain ultrasonic washer type CLQ-C, a high-temperature sterilisation tunnel type KSM, a filling and corking machine type GGZ.

USES

• Washing with ultrasonic waves, special advanced vial funnel, modular cleaning, alternating washing with eleven water gases, mechanical vial conveying;
• Sterilisation: dry sterilisation, dry change, unique thermal expansion compound, water cooling cycle, CIP mesh belt;
• Filling: servo motor regulates filling by rotary counter pump, rotary rolling following the vial; should be operated with sterile gloves, sterile cork closure.
