FEATURES.

• The filling and capping machine is installed in a clean room classroom in the main equipment room;
• The main components include bottle feeding system, main drive system, filling system, capping system, bottle unloading system, ORABS system, waste disposal parts and electrical cabinet (including control panel);
• This machine accepts bottles from the tunnel sterilising dryer. The filling manager arranges the bottle tray in a single row and then transfers the bottles to the filling station through the bottle feed wheel. At the filling station, the filler neck is aligned with the bottle neck for quantity transfer. After filling, the bottles are transported to the capping wheel and the capping process is completed by turning;
• After filling and capping is completed, it is pushed into the bottle receiving tray or bottle feeding lane by the bottle discharge wheel to complete the whole filling and capping process.
