No cross contact between fresh vapour and condensate in the shortest preheating time;
Lower vaporisation temperature and the lowest vaporisation temperature can be controlled at 45-55℃, no foaming, no moving material, high vaporisation efficiency;
End product with higher concentration and less quantity;
Minimum product stay time in the evaporator can be reduced to 6-10 minutes according to production needs;
Automatic CIP cleaning, reducing CIP cleaning time and cleaning liquid consumption.
