Chemical stability of the material: no dialysis, no toxic agents, permanent material, stainless steel 304 or 316L;
Surface treatment – the surface in contact with the product is treated through mechanical and electrochemical polishing;
Connection: sterile and quick-opening;
Pipe diameter – the flow rate must be suitable to protect against biofilm formation, which often adheres to the pipe surface;
Inclination: for complete emptying, the solution exits by gravity;
Temperature – keeps the temperature within a certain range, which effectively removes the possibility of germ formation;
International principle: injection water is stored at 80℃ or circulated at 60℃;
Insulation: to protect staff from the high temperature of this system and frostbite of the machine, and to save energy;
Correct installation of units.
