Wave Bioreactor LePhinix CSS

SinoPharmTech image
SinoPharmTech image

The LePhinix bioreactor series offers a simple scalable solution. LePhinix CCS is ideal for the initial stage of large‑scale cultivation, as the working volume gradually increases to a final volume of 2000 L, ensuring a seamless transition from development to industrial scale. It is suitable for batch, fed‑batch, perfusion and other processes, reducing production time costs for SIP and CIP.

FEATURES

  • Rich equipment configuration meets the cultivation requirements of both suspension and adherent (microcarrier‑dependent) cells, which is very convenient for users;
  • Modules such as peristaltic pumps and gas flow meters can be easily configured according to different process requirements;
  • Thanks to enhanced data protection and integrity, LePhinix® CCS features redundant databases, three‑level authorization, software validation, third‑party system integration, optional remote monitoring services, editing and viewing of alarms and data parameters, product safety assurance, and the ability to customize the tracking cycle for various parameters as needed;
  • Paired with LeKruis® CCS single‑use bioreactor bags, LePhinix® CCS promotes high‑density cell growth and simplifies the validation process;
  • When replacing the LeKruis® CCS bioreactor bag, the transition from basic to intensive process mode is greatly simplified.

The LePhinix® CCS wave bioreactor can be used for cultivation systems of various human, insect and plant cells, such as lymphocytes (T, NK), stem cells (MSC), CHO, HEK293, VERO MDCK, hybridomas and S2 cell lines. Fully suspension culture or carrier‑based culture (sheet carriers must be pre‑irradiated) are also feasible.
