Jacketed Glass Reactor Model RAT‑10Dse (10 L)
The device enables mixing of reagents under vacuum or at atmospheric pressure. Thanks to its functional capabilities, the equipment is widely used in pharmaceutical and R&D industries.
APPLICATION
A constant‑temperature heat transfer fluid (heating or cooling) is circulated through the reactor jacket. Stirring and reaction can be carried out under atmospheric or reduced pressure in the sealed reactor. Evaporation and reflux of the reaction mixture are controlled. After the reaction, the material can be discharged through the bottom outlet valve. The equipment is easy to operate. The reactor is an ideal tool for modern experiments in chemistry, biochemistry, pharmacy, and advanced synthesis.
DESCRIPTION
1. Made of borosilicate glass (GG17). Frequency‑controlled stirring drive, stepless speed adjustment, digital speed display.
2. Can be connected to heating or cooling systems, with precise temperature control.
3. Equipped with a ceramic‑seal bearing to prevent contamination of the material.
4. Operates at atmospheric or reduced pressure (down to −0.09 MPa).
5. Equipped with a ceramic‑seal bearing (patent No. 200520047078.4).
