The electronics industry is one of the largest consumers of cleanrooms worldwide. The cleanliness requirements in this industry are the most stringent. The continuous increase in these requirements has led to qualitatively new approaches to creating clean environments. The essence of these approaches is the development of isolation technologies, i.e., physical separation of a defined volume of clean air from the surrounding environment. This separation, usually sealed, eliminates the influence of one of the most intense sources of contamination – humans.
