SOFTWARE

• The system software supports Chinese and English languages;
• All operating parameters such as flow rate, valve switching, injection time, elution time, collection conditions, etc. can be set according to the production process and operated either automatically or manually according to the preset program;
• The software is developed in accordance with GAMP5 and FDA 21 CFR Part 11, and offers advanced features including tracking, audit trails, electronic records, electronic signatures, and multi‑level user authority management. All user operations are logged, and the software system provides full log export and automatic backup functions.
• The industrial HPLC system consists of infusion, injection, detection, fraction collection, control and data processing modules. It is the first explosion‑proof industrial preparative liquid chromatography system with a diaphragm pump, capable of performing equilibration and packing, washing, elution, automatic collection, online cleaning and other process steps. The system design and validation comply with GMP, cGMP, FDA and other regulatory requirements.
